Danasan SkyBike

The Danasan SkyBike sends riders across a steel cable strung roughly 180 to 200 meters over the highland terrain of the 133-hectare Danasan Eco Adventure Park in Danao City — a standard bicycle frame fixed to the overhead line rather than resting on any track below.

Riders sit about 40 feet up, four to five stories above the ground. The bike itself is bolted to the cable, and everyone rides in a helmet and harness, which is what keeps the height from being as intimidating as it looks from the ground.

Pacing is up to the rider — there’s no motor pulling anyone along, so it’s possible to pedal slowly and take in the mountain views, or push through quickly if the height is the part you’d rather get past. It runs about ₱380 per person. Along with the ATV trails and the rest of the park’s lineup, the SkyBike is part of the same family-founded eco-park built around local livelihood as much as the adventure draw, and its cable line runs over terrain the park maintains under that same conservation-first approach — part of why Danasan brands itself an eco-adventure park rather than just an adventure park.
