Danasan Extreme ATV Trails

The Danasan Extreme ATV Trails run through the mountain terrain of the 133-hectare Danasan Eco Adventure Park, the family-founded eco-park in Danao City built with an explicit goal of creating local livelihood alongside the outdoor recreation draw. The trails put riders on ATVs through rocky patches, steep humps and dirt paths that turn slick and muddy fast after rain.

Every rider goes through a safety briefing before starting, since these machines run on a hand-brake system rather than the foot pedals most people are used to from a car. A guide walks through the controls and the route before anyone heads out onto the trail.

Rates run roughly ₱380 to ₱500 per person depending on the season and package. Mud that makes for a fun ride also accelerates trail erosion — a standard maintenance headache for ATV parks operating through the rainy season, Danasan’s mountain terrain included. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and bring a change of clothes and footwear; the muddy sections are part of the ride, not an accident of bad timing.
