Eli Rock is a limestone outcrop rising from the coastline on Cebu’s east coast, part of the same karst formations that shape much of this stretch of shoreline. It works as a viewpoint and a photo stop: climbing to the top gives a wide vantage over the water, while the base holds small cave-like hollows worth a look on the way in.
- Climb to the top for a vantage point that works well for sunset photography.
- Check the hollows and small caves at the base of the formation.
- Visit at low tide, when the tidal pools around the base are exposed and safe to walk — leave anything living in them where it is.
