Paradise Beach sits on a quieter stretch of Bantayan Island, north of the more built-up resort strip near Santa Fe — white sand, shallow clear water, and little commercial development beyond what visitors bring with them. Small rock outcrops break up sections of the shoreline, giving pockets of shade without the beach needing any built structure to provide it.
- The shoreline stays undeveloped enough that there’s no resort infrastructure to speak of — bring your own shade, food, and water.
- Rocky outcrops and small alcoves along the beach create natural windbreaks and shade pockets, useful given how exposed most of Bantayan’s coastline runs.
- Shallow, calm water extends well out from shore, making this an easier swim than the more current-exposed sides of the island.
Bantayan’s identity runs deeper than its beaches — the island is known nationwide for its Holy Week observances, when its population multiplies with visitors making the crossing specifically for Semana Santa rather than for the coastline.
