Gibitngil Island

Gibitngil Island sits off Medellin at the northern tip of Cebu, known locally as Funtastic Island for the cliff-jumping platforms built into its coral limestone shoreline. The rock is uplifted reef — the same coral formations that shape much of northern Cebu’s coastline, exposed and eroded here into ledges that now serve as jump points instead of dive sites.
